The Vitals 3 covers the sensors people actually use: a single-lead ECG, blood oxygen, continuous heart rate and skin temperature, with sleep staging that separates deep, light and REM rather than guessing at total hours.

Built-in dual-band GPS tracks runs without a phone, and the 1.43-inch AMOLED stays readable at 1000 nits outdoors. Ten days of typical use, or about four with always-on display and daily GPS.
